A Dance to Remember

Sweet smiles the red in those cheeks,

Biting her lips, glowing with love.

Her twinkling eyes,

Tossed hair, stilettos, flowing gown,

Reaches her arm to the turquoise,

Following her faith and his trust.

One, two, three, one, two, three.

Whispers the soft blue song.

That sways like the ocean.

Back and forth and then back again.

Yellow is clear, comfortable, untainted.

Exuberant light takes over and,

She belongs and replies back,

One, two, three, one, two, three

Standing tall, he becomes lavender in his smile.

Beautiful.

Stops her at two so she can breathe.

Her white, so pure, as she says,

For the last time to me

One, two, three, one, two, three.
