Andrew Mazur Summer Nights Walking down the long dirt road engulfed with green,
Corrupted by rocks and roots the road winds on for miles in the darkness.
A luminous fire glows in the distance,
With the distinct smell of the salty sea air mixed with steaks simmering in the sunset pulling me forwards
the chatter from the distance is growing louder and more transparent as my journey progresses.
Slowly drifting home,
one by one the nights end.
But that summer life lives forever through the steady beat of the waves crashing on the beach in distance.
