I am a girl from an act of violence,
That was created nearly a century ago.
I am a girl who has had to suffer in silence,
Simply because of the lack of recognition.

I am a girl who does not want to forget
About the massacres that has affected an entire religion.
I am a girl who wants to make that difference,
Which may cause the closure for millions.

I am Armenian.
