The Grace Fliers

The birds fly with grace

always at a constant pace.

Their wings spread wide and strong

as they endure on a voyage so long.

With formations so specific

they align like the latitudes of the Pacific.

The butterflies fly in a colossal of colors

with wings like scissors.

Stopping only upon flowers

they must avoid rain showers.

They fly with grace too

though not as high in the blue.

The grasshoppers fly short distances

flying only in specific instances.

Their wings flap in the air

bringing eyes upon them to stare.

And though they don’t fly high

they certainly make a piercing cry.

The fliers fly through the air

always gracefully and full of care.
