Boating on the river,

Is what we all do

In our passage of life.

It is the top of the river;

Water flows fast.

Fight against the current

To keep the boat going.

Down the river,

Water slows down.

Leave the boat

On the slow calm river

And watch how far you have traveled.

By the time the boat

Reaches the rushing delta

Where it meets with the ocean,

Get ready to enter

A whole new world

You have never seen before.
