The Tree Outside My Window

Awash in bright white flowers,
It puts on quite a show,
Cleansed by frequent showers,
The springtime brings its glow.

Pleasant weather certainly pleases,
Climbing child takes a chance,
Leaves rustle with the breezes,
The summertime makes it dance.

Many hues are dazzling array
Falling leaves stage a race
Colors put on their grand display
The autumn brings its grace

Branches creak as cold winds blow
But even now it is resilient
Lined with ice or dusted with snow
The wintertime makes it brilliant.
