A New America

The bright fluffy snow covers the lawn.
It is perfectly balanced everywhere.
The snow looks like a picture of utopia.
The scenery is as quite as an abandoned room.
A sense of peacefulness comes over him.
Suddenly, within seconds the unimaginable happens.
Kids play football on the lawn.
A blanket turns into a crumpled piece of paper.
Peacefulness turns into black hatred.
The picture is harshly torn.
A snowfall gracefully flutters over the land again.
Reminds him of America’s history.
See ya’ Bush, Hello Obama!
