I Can't Live Without It

All of the great memories
Are coming to an end.
The best three weeks of my life
And it’s over.
Looking around the room
A tear runs down my face,
Soon the rest will follow.

I must savor this moment,
To cherish for the years to come.
Friendships have been made,
All in a short amount of time.
I couldn’t imagine anything greater.

Memories that will never pass me by;
Staying up late gossiping,
Laughing till the sun comes up,
Running through the field
Like we would in kindergarten.
Forgetting there’s anything else
Outside these walls,
Forgetting the hatred the world brings,
And focusing on the love of Windridge.

I love this place,
I love these people.
I can’t leave, but its over.
I have to move on.

Goodbye Windridge Summer 08
Thanks for the memories I’ll always remember,
With people I’ll never forget.
